The YD-DGC-20/40/60DM LED pixel lights deliver brilliant multi-colors with spectacular effects for glass floors, ice skating rinks and hockey arenas. The compact yet robust lighting modules incorporate high performance SMD5050 RGB LEDs to deliver superior light quality, color stability, flux density and clear saturated colors. The integrated tricolor diodes with 8-bit PWM per channel provide high efficiency color mixing for a total of 16,777,216 possible colors. An on-board control circuit provides programmable constant current control and uses a shift register to control the brightness/color of each LED channel. With the integrated control IC, each LED module is individually addressable to identify the specific control signals within an installation of multiple nodes. Individual addressing and control of these LED nodes in a lighting facility creates an infinite variety and combination of dynamic effects and scenarios for creative lighting design. The floor or under ice lighting facility can be scaled from a few hundred pixels to tens of thousands pixels for programmable lighting effects that simply cannot be achieved with conventional lighting fixtures.

Engineered to deliver a lifetime of durability and withstand heavy use in harsh outdoor environments, YD-DGC-20/40/60DM LED pixel modules come with an extremely tough PVC housing. Yongdian utilizes patented secondary packaging technology for high ingress protection of the LEDs and control circuitry throughout the rated product life. Secondary packaging creates a hermetically sealed housing that complete encapsulates the LED assembly. The one-piece, sealant-free PVC housing protects the LED assembly from water and dust ingress. It is third party tested to operate in water to a depth of 20 meters. The PVC encapsulation provides high levels of stress relief and impact resistance for sensitive control circuitry. The UV stabilized housing can withstand up to 10 years of outdoor weathering.
