The direct burial fixtures are available for static monochrome lighting with single color LEDs as well as custom color lighting through RGB color mixing. The single color illumination fixtures incorporate 96 SMD LEDs. Tight color binning of the single color LEDs ensures fixture-to-fixture color consistency across an installation. The RGB version comes with 36 SMD3535 tricolor LEDs which offer seamless color blending and require no mixing distance. With 8-bit control of each color, the tricolor LEDs can produce up to 16.7 million colors. The monochrome lighting fixtures are operated in constant output mode. The multi-color RGB fixtures are modulated with shift registers. They are DMX compatible for large scale synchronized lighting effects.
The recessed fixture is robustly engineered to withstand harsh outdoor environments. Low copper content extruded aluminum housing has high corrosion resistance. The frosted glass lens diffuses the light and can withstand high load capacity. The fixture uses Yongdian's hermetically sealed LED modules which are manufactured through a proprietary secondary technology. The IP68 rated, one-piece molded PVC housing allows the LED modules to perform flawlessly on water to a depth of 20 meters. The UV stabilized PVC module housing can survive up to 10 years of outdoor weathering. These features make YD-DM-XT50 a great choice for outdoor applications.
