Easton Technology TS-10060-RGBW flexible LED strip lights are indispensable for applications requiring a brilliant spectrum of saturated colors as well as high-quality white light. TS-10060-RGBW comes with a density of 60 diodes per meter and draw 12 watts at 12V/24V DC power supply. Lower density of 30 LEDs p/m and higher density of 144 LEDs p/m are available as well. The 4-channel SMD5050 LED integrate red, green and blue LED chips plus a warm white or cool white LED. Each color LED has 256 shade levels corresponding to 8 bits full scale. Three color LED channels form a 24-bit continuous tone system that yields a potential of 16 million colors. With programmable DMX control, TS-10060-RGBW creates a colorful line of light that is desirable for high-impact lighting applications. The additional white color with an 80+ color rendering index enables the LED strip to provide a more uniform illumination of all colors of the spectrum. The white and RGB LEDs can be independently controlled to produce specific color palette or pure whites. Mix of white and RGB light also opens up an unlimited range of pastel colors that were previously impossible to achieve with RGB LEDs.

TS-10060-RGBW flexible LED strip lights have 3-ounce, double layer copper on PCB board for better heat dissipation and more consistent light output over long runs. The 10mm wide FPC is made of RA copper which is known for its higher fatigue ductility and metallurgical bonding strength over electrodeposited (ED) copper. Thornsun uses a precisely controlled surface mount technology (SMT) process to ensure formation of consistent solder joints between the LEDs and FPC. High reliability solder joints are achieved through uniform solder application with a frequently cleaned aluminum screen and an optimized reflow profile with accurate timing and temperature control.

Exceptionally high quality integration of the diodes and flexible circuit board offers a lifetime of durability and allows TS-10060-RGBW LED strips to easily conform to straight, curved and irregular constructs. In addition to dry location installation with bare white/black flexible PCBs, this line of products is supplied in IP65 (epoxy or silicone coated), IP67 (full encapsulation with a silicon sleeve) and IP68 (silicone potted and sleeved) level ingress protection ratings.
