The PIR001T occupancy switch module uses a passive infrared sensor which reacts to changes in temperature emitted by the motion of persons and switches on the connected light automatically. The light turns off when target zone is absent of motion activity for a pre-selected time delay (40 seconds). The PIR sensor is tuned for walking-size motion with a maximum detection distance of 2m. The 10mm wide, 43mm long motion switch modules are designed to be incorporated into LED aluminum profiles which find applications in cabinet lighting, ceiling cove lighting, closet and shelf lighting, corporate and commercial showroom lighting, restaurants and bar lighting. PIR001T is compatible with a constant voltage LED driver only and accommodates an 8 amp maximum load. The sensor is designed to operate either 96W at 12VDC or 192W at 24VDC.
