The HPWINNER LED modules are robust LED optical assemblies that combine superior optical performance, thermal performance and the highest level of watertight integrity. This product family is available in multiple electrical, optical, CCT, CRI combinations, offering design flexibility not previously possible. HPWINNER LED modules are designed to operate over a wide range of drive currents between 350 mA and 1050 mA while delivering a system level efficacy between 95 and 160 lm/W in 3000K, 4000K, 5000K and 5700K correlated color temperatures.
HPWINNER LED modules provide a fully integrated solutions by combining high efficacy LEDs, premium optics and integrated thermal management in a highly engineered system. An array of Lumileds LUXEON LEDs are wired in a single (series) string on a thermally efficient metal core printed circuit board. These flip-chip LED packages overcome the disadvantages of conventional metal wire bonded LED packages by attaching the LED chip to a metallized ceramic substrate. The elimination of weak bonding between the chip and the substrate makes the LED exempt from open circuit issue while providing a high efficiency thermal path to dissipate heat from the active region of the LED via the metal pad on the underside of the ceramic substrate. The LEDs are reflow soldered to the MCPCB which is thermally interfaced with an aluminum heat sink. The heavy duty heat sink with integral heat dissipation fins is designed with an adequately dimensioned cooling path to convect and conduct the heated air away from the LED.
HPWINNER LED modules feature high efficiency, injection molded optics that deliver a maximum candela peak with smooth and uniform light distributions. The precision engineered optics are available in a wide range of distributions, including IESNA Type I, Type II, Type II, Type III, and Type IV. The impact resistant, UV stabilized lens is sealed in place using a double-lock coupling silicone gasket for IP68 rated weathertight protection. Screwless sealing completely blocks water and moisture penetration path along the screw holes and offers HPWINNER LED modules the highest ingress protection (IP68).
