All the system components of HiLumen LED luminaires are designed for optimum compatibility in a highly engineered system to maximize luminaire life and minimize maintenance. HiLumen LED high bays include a finned AL1070 aluminum housing that serves as a highly efficient heat sink to provide maximum thermal dissipation. The deep, vertical fins maximize the total ambient contact surface area of the thermal path. The cold forged heat sink offers an industry-leading thermal conductivity of 226 W/mK. Nichia 757G SMD LEDs are mounted a low thermal impedance MCPCB which is thermally bonded to the heat sink to maximize the heat flow from the LED junction to the ambient environment. Excellent internal and external thermal management allows the high efficacy Nichia LEDs to operate to their full potential without degrading the LED life.
The HiLumen UFO LED high bay is equipped with a constant current Mean Well HLG LED driver that is designed to perform under wide temperature and electrical ranges. The driver is 0-10V dimmable and can be optionally integrated with photocells and occupancy sensors. HiLumen LED high bay lights are compatible with the DALI dimming system and support ZigBee wire control protocol.
