HiLink is a high performing, field-installable linear lighting system specifically designed for open space and stack aisle applications such as supermarkets, open plan offices, warehouses and assembly halls. This versatile, modular trunking system combines sophisticated LED technology with impressive scalability and flexibility to personalize the lighting scenarios to fit the most particular needs. The configurable lighting system consists of trunking rails, LED modules, optical assemblies, driver and control circuits, and accessories. The rugged, extruded aluminum rail profiles with pre-assembled rail connectors provide the system backbone that allows for a quick and easy creation of end-to-end continuous rows and ensures high rigidity against possible twists. The individual linear LED modules are available in 40, 50 and 75 watts with 5,200 lm, 8,450 lm, 9,750 lm luminous output respectively, equating to a total system efficacy of 130 lm/W. The linear LED modules can be positioned in the rails with randomly defined distances or connected seamlessly to form a continuous-row lighting system.

With integral plug-in kits (electrical and mechanical connection through L, T, X node connectors), these lighting modules can be integrated into a multifunctional trunking systems to perform complex lighting tasks. Continuous-row HiLink linear trunking systems provide uniform edge-to-edge and end-to-end illumination without lamp imaging, dark areas, or bright spots. HiLink utilizes high efficacy Nichia SMD LEDs which're binned to a 3-step MacAdam ellipse to achieve superior color consistency from LED to LED as well as fixture to fixture. Precision lens system provides a choice of six beam patterns for different applications. Wide beam optics are designed to provide uniform illumination of aisle zones, shelf surfaces and larger surfaces in supermarkets and open plan offices. Narrow beam distribution is optimized for applications with medium to high ceiling spaces such high rack warehouses. Shelf or rack beam provides higher intensity symmetrical or asymmetrical light distribution for for presentation and retail areas.

HiLink offers the real possibility of substantial energy savings with accurate, flexible trunking layouts and light distribution models. Combined with occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting. HiLink provides separate circuits that enable an individual LED luminaire to be switched or dimmed (1-10V) independently for very basic lighting control. DALI dimming, occupancy sensors and daylight harvesting options are available for the highest level of energy savings.
