Create visually stunning architectural impressions and eye-catching light shows with the Cameo ZENIT W600 outdoor LED wash light. Powerful and extremely robust, this high output RGBW LED fixture lets you deploy intelligent, digitally controllable LED lighting solutions to meet the professional needs of architectural, stage, landscape, and entertainment lighting markets. Fully packed with features to please even the most demanding lighting designers, the ZENIT W600 offers an exciting new array of lighting possibilities with the only limit being people's imagination. An advanced approach to color mixing, beam control, lighting automation and system engineering allows ZENIT W600 to bring the luminous splendor of LED technology to building facades, bridges, show arenas, theatre stages, TV studios, gardens, shopping centers, theme parks, landscape architectures, and entertainment plazas.
The ZENIT W600 is equipped with 40 high power Cree multi-chip LEDs to deliver full-color light output of up to 21,000 lumens, while drawing only a total of 600 watts, to support a range of dynamic wash lighting applications. Cree RGBW LEDs integrate red, green, blue and white LED dice in a small package that facilitates excellent optical control and efficient color mixing. 256 levels of control for each calibrated LED color group and 16-bit resolution enable these LEDs to produce any desired color across the visible spectrum at any level of saturation. The addition of white (W) light enlarges the gamut, improves the color quality of the pastel shades, enables creation of white light that render pigments and skin tones in their natural appearance. The ability to produce intensely saturated colors and theatrical-quality whites makes it possible to deliver enhanced color experience for entertainment, architectural and stage lighting applications. With Cree's advanced binning algorithm that ensures excellent LED to LED color consistency, ZENIT W600 delivers industry-leading color precision across multiple fixtures in an installation.
A high precision lens system with optimized LED pitch puts ZENIT W600 at the forefront of beam quality and optical control. The LED fixture produces a homogeneous wash of light with an 18° beam angle and 35° field angle. Unlike other manufacturers' products which are supplied with a fixed, factory-installed beam angle, ZENIT W600 offers more beam choices with the optional integration of the Cameo SnapMag filter frames. The SnapMag is a light shaping diffuser with a magnetic frame that enables screw-less installation. The SnapMag filter frames for the Cameo ZENIT model W600 are available in 25°, 45°, 100° or elliptical 60° x 10° beam angle options. Designed for quick, convenient and tool-less installation in seconds, SnapMag makes ZENIT W600 a truly versatile washing light capable of producing light patterns for a wide variety of scenarios. The magnetic frame comes with a safety rope to prevent any accidental drops, although it's very rare. Barn doors are available as accessory to accommodate applications where complete control of spill light is necessary.
This fixture offers flexible control options with the standalone, DMX, and master-slave operation modes. In the standalone mode, ZENIT W600 has a choice of sub-modes that allow operation on automated programs, color macro selection, static color configuration, CCT tuning, and color presets. The wash light has an internal library of 6 automated programs which each comprising non-editable color-changing lighting sequences. Brightness and speed are independently adjustable. 15 preset color macros with brightness control provide a number of pre-programmed effects. The static sub-mode allows configuration of individual color channels, color temperatures, the dimmer and strobe functions. The CCT tuning sub-mode provides color temperature adjustment for tunable whites. Up to 5 user defined color mixtures of R, G, B and W with user-coded brightness can be created and stored in the internal memory.
The ZENIT W600 RGBW wash light can be controlled in the DMX modes with 2-channel, 3-channel, 4-channel, 8-2 channel, 8-1 channel, 10-channel and 15-channel. DMX512 control allows for intelligent lighting installations with remote activation, configuration or implementation of various functions and operation modes including auto programs, color macro, CTC (color temperature correction), dimmer, dimmer curve, dimmer fine, dimmer response, RGBW, RGBW fine tuning, and strobe. Intelligent DMX512 lighting control enables an infinite variety and combination of dynamic effects, from color patterns that appear to move across sequences or grids of fixtures, to intricate light shows in which large groups of fixtures operate in unison. The LED wash light has both 3 and 5 pin XLR connectors for DMX data in/out. Up to 32 fixtures can be linked to create synchronized light shows in automated and master/slave modes. A built-in 2.4 GHz W-DMX transceiver allows wireless master-and-slave operation and DMX control. ZENIT W600 supports RDM protocol for bidirectional communication via DMX and W-DMX. This enables remote configuration, status monitoring, and management of the fixtures.
The wash light provides smooth full range dimming with 16-bit resolution and 4 selectable curves - linear, exponential, logarithmic, S-curve. Dimmer sensitivities are available in the LED mode in which the lamp responds abruptly to changes in DMX value, and the Halogen mode in which lamp behaves like a halogen spotlight with slight brightness. Thanks to selectable PWM frequencies in 800 Hz, 1200 Hz, 2000 Hz, 3600 Hz, 12 kHz and 25 kHz options, ZENIT W600 provides flicker-free operation to avoid strobing or banding with video cameras in television productions.
An OLED graphic display with four touch buttons provides user access to a control menu rich of information and settings. The easy-to-use interface allows the use to switch between the standalone, DMX, and master-slave operation modes; perform light node addressing; work on the device settings; and view system info. The device setting sub-menu includes wireless DMX configuration (on/off, receiver/transmitter, G3/G4S transmission standards, pairing/unlink with W-DMX devices, transmitter pairing resets), color calibration, dimmer curve/sensitivity selection, automatic locking setup, LED PWM frequency selection, fan mode configuration, and factory reset. The display interface can be set to rotate by 180° so as to accommodate overhead installation. The System Info sub-menu displays device firmware, temperature of the LED assembly, and fixture operating time.
The weatherproof fixture is engineered to reliably operate in the most demanding installations. Die cast aluminum construction provides high efficiency heat dissipation of heat from the metal core LED assembly. Forced ventilation with three cooling fans enhances convective heat transfer. Integrated thermal management through a combined strategy of conduction, convection and radiation guarantees the high powered LEDs always operate under controlled temperature and protects other critical components from thermal degradation. The electric fans can be set to operate in the maximum capacity, low noise or auto-sensing mode. The optical chamber is fully sealed with high temperature silicone gaskets to ensure IP65 board-level protection against dust and water ingress. The watertight housing has a pressure equalization vent which prevents condensation inside the housing. The housing is electrostatically applied with a corrosion resistant polyester powder coating after a multi-stage pre-treatment.
The high power LED engine is operated by an integrated constant current driver which runs on a universal power input range of 100 to 240 VAC. The driver has a power factor correction (PFC) circuit that maintains a high power factor through the entire load range for maximum efficiency. Full set of protection features including overcurrent, short-circuit, overvoltage and over-heating protections ensures uncompromised system reliability.
